A Libertarian’s Seven Deadly Sins:
1). Initiation of force, in person or by proxy;
4) Deception for personal gain;
5) Taxation, with or without representation;
6) Failure to exercise due vigilance against one’s government;
7) Failure to kill–or at least die trying in the attempt–any fool who commits the first six of these sins.
A Libertarian’s Ten Commandments:
I.Thou shalt not initiate force against another sapient, in person or by proxy. Thou mayst defend thyself in any manner thou mayst choose against any sapient or beast who initiates force against thee.
II. Thou shalt not set up unto thee any government-operated or funded school. Thou shalt not send thy offspring or thy wards to any such institution.
III. Thou shalt set watchmen against thy government, and thou shalt keep thy government as small as humanly possible. Thou mayst abolish ANY government if thou wilt; thou needest not raise up another in its place if thou wouldst not!
IV. Thou shalt not steal.
V. Thou shalt not do murder.
VI. Thou shalt not practice deception for personal gain, nor for the sake of one’s religion.
VII. Thou shalt not tax.
VIII. Thou shalt leave other folks’ love lives alone, unless they attempt consummation of sexual congress by force!
IX. Thou shalt leave other folk’s religions alone, unless they violate these commandments in the practice thereof.
X. Thou mayst kill anyone who shall violate these commandments against thee, or against thy kin, or against thy neighbor!
